We take personal responsibility, period. If it's yours, you own the outcome, the win, and the miss. No babysitting, no micromanaging, just A-players who take pride in true ownership.

Getting better isn't a goal here, it's our default setting. When we hit a high bar, we raise it again. We're builders at heart: of homes, of systems, and of ourselves.

We look for outcomes that work for everyone involved: team, customers, and partners. We don't settle for the obvious answer if there's a better one. We're always asking, “What is option C?”

Thermal Shop was built on trust, and we protect it. We communicate fast, show up when we say we will, and handle problems head-on without excuses. If a decision doesn't take care of the customer, it isn't the right decision.

We do honest work and honest business. We won't trade our reputation for a quick buck, and we stand behind what we install. We do the right thing, especially when it's hard.

We communicate clearly, directly, and with context. We don't do politics, vague feedback, or guessing games. Say it plainly, and let's execute. We share the “why” because informed people make better decisions.
